Join Lights Up Productions to learn the fundamentals of stage lighting and sound design. \nThis hands-on workshop will be led by Bryant Cyr\, LUP’s Vice President and a theater production professional with more than a decade of experience. Bryant has worked with multiple national tours\, the American Repertory Theater\, and currently serves as the full-time Production Manager at the Waterville Opera House. \nParticipants will explore: \n💡 Lighting Design\nLearn the basics of stage lighting\, including different types of fixtures\, control systems\, and the principles that help create atmosphere\, focus\, and storytelling on stage. \n🎛️ Sound Design\nDiscover sound equipment\, mixing techniques\, microphones\, and sound effects used to enhance theatrical productions. \nWhether you’re interested in theater\, technology\, or learning new behind-the-scenes skills\, this workshop offers a hands-on introduction to the world of technical theater. ✨ No previous experience is required.
